| south africa pulls ahead |
| This guy's latest post has South Africa in the title, but then it goes on to be about soccer. So, in the spirit of that "take South Africa and go with what you know" mentality, I thought I'd make my own. Last month, South Africa voted to legally define marriage as between two people, regardless of sex or gender, after their courts declared the previous marriage law unconstitutional last year. Well done, America. We are now socially behind a country that just a decade ago got out of apartheid and racially-restricted elections. |
