contradictory lyrics that totally make sense
stop that now; you're as close as it gets without touching me

and you can't be close enough unless I'm feeling your heart beat

once more unto the breach
Well I'm in a writing class again, which means that I'm writing again. Theoretically. ^_^

Here's a different biography exercise. On four pieces of paper, write: 1/ about a smell; 2/ about a body part belonging to a specific someone else; 3/ a list of things from your senior year of high school; and 4/ a quote from your childhood. Shuffle the four pieces of paper randomly, at the top of the first one write [pretentiously] "Why I Am Who I Am", and that is your biography.

My mother only recently began going to the dentist again after decades of fear. I was surprised when I saw her at how little her teeth had seemed to change. They were still a putrid yellow, with brown stains and black spots and shiny silver fillings and crowns. But she smiled more.

"Three Peas."

I have always been disgusted by the smell of smoking, but in moments of raw honesty I have to admit something alluring about the smell of cigars that always reminds me of my grandfather. I hated being around him when he smoked, but the musky, supersaturated-in-naturalness of his apartment never failed to interest me.

I guess this can be a meme, or something. So...go. I tag you.
